This kind of mind is independent not because it defies a sense of urgency, but because it does not allow it to be dictated upon by false time frames which are opposing of its own weight.
Living unhurried does not mean going aside out of ambition; it means using ambition until it becomes as deep as it is spectacular. This orientation generates a less vocal kind of confidence, that is, the kind of confidence that requires no continuous reassurance, since it is already internally stabilized. The leisurely mind develops root precedent to the branch, substance to signal.
Complexity Requires Time:
There is no consequence-free way to hack high-level cognition, emotional intelligence, and ethical judgment, or accelerate it or reverse-engineer it under the pretext of doing so. There are no downloadable assets, but rather developed abilities, created through repetition, reflection, and the cumulative weight of the results of lived.
It is not by experience that one is able to get a complex understanding, but by revisiting it. Understanding is enhanced by the fact that trends can be tracked over time, errors can be reviewed and not forgotten, and a win can be questioned instead of passively celebrated.
